We are so about the summer 2010 renovations! Here is the final summary list:

* New landscaping on front and side yards

* New patio furniture and cushions, as well as storage

* Completely redecorated Study Room

* New lighting in the back basement, replaced ceiling tiles, you will be able to use this space now!

* Kitchen improvements including backsplash and pantry construction

* New plank flooring in the main floor TV Room

In addition, as usual for summer, the carpets and furniture have ALL been steam cleaned, all tile flooring has been steamed, polished and burnished, park benches and rockers have been painted, and all identified repairs are complete. Lorena, the housekeeper, is back at work getting the house ready for move-in!
